What are my payment options?
You can pay with a PayPal account, or with a debit or credit card via PayPal or Stripe. You can also pay in installments via Afterpay (subject to approval by Afterpay).
Can I pay without a PayPal account?
You do not need to create a PayPal account to complete your purchase. When you click on the large yellow PayPal button, you will be taken to PayPal’s secure payment portal. At the top, you will see a login form. Below this there will be a button which may be labelled “Create an Account”, “Checkout as Guest”, or something similar. Regardless of how this button is labelled, you will have the option of completing your payment without creating an account.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we only ship to Australia. We plan to ship to more countries in the future. If you are not in Australia and you are interested in buying our products, contact us at help@rubypet.com.au.
