Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 12-48 hours.

We deliver via Australia Post.  We charge flat rates of $8.95 for standard shipping and $11.95 for express shipping. If you spend $30 or more, you may qualify for free shipping (see below).

A tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order when the order ships.

Free Shipping

Free shipping within Australia is available on orders valued at $30 or more. Free shipping is not available for orders containing any items from the ‘Food & Treats’ category.
